Landing Pads open in Indonesia and Vietnam

Austrade has officially launched two new Landing Pads in Indonesia and Vietnam to support Australian tech scaleups to expand in these markets, and boost Southeast Asia’s digital transformation.

Special Envoy to Southeast Asia Mr Nicholas Moore AM launched the Landing Pad in Vietnam. Vietnam’s digital economy was worth US$30 billion in 2023, with key opportunities in fintech, cyber security, agtech and ICT infrastructure.

Austrade’s Deputy CEO for Trade and Investment Daniel Boyer launched the Landing Pad in Indonesia. Indonesia’s public and private sectors are prioritising digitisation, with opportunities in fintech, cyber security, artificial intelligence and cleantech.

The Landing Pads provide specialist support for Australian technology companies to gain market insights, explore expansion strategies, and connect with in-market networks and venture capital.
